Monday-Saturday 11 am. to 7 pm.
For Sunday concerts, 11 am to one hour before start time. Booking fee of €2* per transaction (which includes the return of your tickets by post if time permits). MasterCard, Visa and American Express accepted.

*except for Salle Pleyel season ticket holders.

Ticket counters are open Monday to Saturday, from noon to 7 p.m. (8 p.m. on concert nights). On Sunday concert days from 11 a.m. until time of concert.

The Salle Pleyel ticket office will remain closed from Friday July 13th to Sunday August 19th 2012 inclusive.
